Body Measurement Guide

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes.
  2. There may be +/- 0.5 inches/cm variations possible depending on the garment fabric type
  3. If you're on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit

How to Measure Body

Hold the tape horizontally/vertically as specified.

  1. NECK: Measure at the base of your neck where the garment collar would sit.
  2. SHOULDER: Measure from one tip of the shoulder to other.
  3. CHEST: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
  4. WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, above navel below ribcage.
  5. HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.
  6. LENGTH: Measure from the base of the collar, till hem of the garment.
  7. SLEEVE LENGTH: Measure from the tip of your shoulder to your wrist.
