Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We understand that receiving your luxury Indian menswear in a timely and pristine condition is paramount. Once your Shrivarya order is dispatched, it typically arrives within 7-14 business days. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your garment's journey is as seamless as possible.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking ID via email to monitor its progress. Please note that while we strive for punctuality, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. Delivery timelines may also differ for pre-orders, event-based, or promotional products.

  • We can only ship to one address per order. If you are sending items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any edits, modifications, or changes.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please inform our customer experience team in advance if you'll be unavailable on the scheduled delivery date.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) based orders, remaining full payment must be made upon delivery. Please note that partially paid amount, delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.


International Shipping

Our exquisite men’s ethnic wear is crafted for the global Modern Maharaja. We ship internationally through reliable courier partners, with orders typically arriving within 14-20 working days. Please be aware that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be settled prior to dispatch.

  • For assistance with customs or handling charges, our customer experience team is always here to help.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@shrivarya.in within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.
