In the world of Shrivarya, a purchase is more than a transaction—it is an acquisition of heritage. A true Maharaja does not "trial" his regalia; he claims it. Each piece is curated, packed, and delivered to be a permanent part of your legacy. To preserve the sanctity and exclusivity of our collection, all sales at Shrivarya are final. Once a masterpiece enters your wardrobe, it belongs to your story alone.

The Perfect Silhouette (Exchanges)

While a Maharaja’s word is final, we understand that the perfect fit is the foundation of confidence.

  • Standard Collections: If a standard-sized garment does not sit exactly as you envisioned, we offer a one-time style or size exchange to ensure your presence remains commanding.

  • The Grace Period: Please summon our concierge at support@shrivarya.in within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Return: The garment must remain in its pristine, unworn state, accompanied by all original tags and armor (packaging).

Custom Creations: Your Personal Legacy

Exclusively Yours. No Exceptions. When you request a Custom Size, our artisans dedicate their craft to your specific proportions. These garments are birthed from your unique measurements and, as such, cannot be returned, exchanged, or surrendered. A custom Shrivarya piece is a one-of-one creation, tailored for no one else in the world but you.

Flawless Delivery & Damaged Goods

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, yet should the journey to your palace result in any damage:

  • The Royal Evidence: To protect your acquisition, an unpacking video is mandatory. This allows us to witness the state of the garment as it arrived.

  • The Resolution: Notify us within 24 hours with video proof, and we shall swiftly replace the damaged piece with a fresh one, worthy of your stature.


Conditions for Exchanges:

To ensure a smooth process, please keep these conditions in mind:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, invoices, and courier receipts intact.

  • Please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during its return journey.

  • Customized items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and verify the original product. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned.


International Orders

We take great care in preparing international orders, and therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.

In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@shrivarya.in within 48 hours of delivery, with images and an unpacking video to document the issue.

Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for processing returns or exchanges.
